Creating a New Profile


Overview

Users can add a new profile to the system if the profile they seek does not exist. Adding a new profile allows users to use this profile for future report requests.

  1. From the Home screen, click the Home dropdown menu.

  1. Click the Due Diligence link.

  1. From the Due Diligence Report screen, click the + Place Order button.

Creating a New Profile

  1. From the Request a New Enhanced Due Diligence Report screen, click the + Create New link.

  1. From the Create a New Profile pop-up, enter the new profile name in the Profile Name field. The Profile Name field has a 300-character limitation.

  1. Enter the primary contact's first name in the Primary Contact First Name field.

  1. Enter the primary contact's last name in the Primary Contact Last Name field.

  1. Enter the company phone number in the Company Phone Number field.

  1. Enter the primary contact's email address in the Primary Contact Email field.

  1. Enter the primary contact's phone number in the Primary Contact Phone field.

  1. Include support documentation by dragging and dropping files into the designated area on the Supporting Attachments field or select the top proportion of the Supporting Attachments field and select a file from the connected PC.

  1. Click the designated area on the Supporting Attachments field to add a web link. For more information on adding a web link to the project, see the Adding a Web Link article.

  1. (Optional) Click the following icons to edit or delete an image from the request:
    • Edit: Click the Edit icon to rename the file.
    • Delete: Click the Delete icon to remove the file from the request.

  1. Click the Submit button to add the new profile to the system and to the report request.
