Users can add an existing profile to the report request.

  1. From the Home screen, click the Home dropdown menu.

  1. Click the Due Diligence link.

  1. From the Due Diligence Report screen, click the + Place Order button.

Add an Existing Profile to a Report Request

  1. From the Request a New Enhanced Due Diligence Report screen, click the Add Existing Profile link.

  1. From the Add Existing Profile pop-up, select an existing brokerage firm by clicking on the + Add link next to the brokerage firm.

  1. (Optional) Enter a keyword in the Search field if you cannot find the profile you are looking for on the most recently create list.
  2. When a profile has been selected, click the x icon to close the Add Existing Profile pop-up and return to the Request a New Enhanced Due Diligence Report screen. The profile chosen will appear in the Profile field.
